Crackenback Resort | Cosy alpine escape | Frostwood

Myself and 2 teenagers stayed for 4 nights, found the accommodation had everything we needed for the stay including board games. Very clean and tidy, easy to locate items & sufficient kitchen utensils. Beds were nice and comfortable too. Lovely concrete floors in bathroom but can be very cold so make sure to keep your bare feet on the bathmat. It was great having access to the fitness centre where the kids and I could make use of the heated pool and sauna. Being located in the resort also allowed us to access the free leisure activities including archery, tennis and golf. Hiking around the resort is a must, and keep your eyes out for the deer! The location is great for a trip to thredbo and close enough to Jindabyne to pick up the essentials. However the prompt and friendly communication from the host was certainly a highlight making me confident to return.

The accommodation itself was perfect for our mountain biking week at Thredbo. For four of us there were enough bedrooms, bathrooms and laundry facilities so we could effortlessly relax between the long days on the mountain in the beautiful lakeside environment. It suited us perfectly. Alpine Property Management were very friendly, proactive and responsive before and throughout our stay. Thanks Alpine for making it an effortless arrangement :)
