Crackenback Resort | Private alpine escape | The Burrow

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent week at The Burrow in Crackenback. We received excellent communication about the venue before and during our stay. To facilitate our arrival and make best use of the facilities. The accommodation is extremely comfortable and well appointed with both spacious bedrooms having ensuites with heated floors - essential on chilly mornings. The lower level also had a laundry and there is a ski locker outside the front door. We loved the upstairs kitchen and living area which was well appointed with plenty of kitchen utensils and basic supplies. The sunlight streaming into the lounge and onto the window seat made for a delightful place to read and relax if not skiing. There are plenty of books, magazines and DVDs if you haven’t brought your own. Just be aware, the stairs may be a challenge for some and there is no bathroom on the upper level so there is a need to go up and down. Otherwise I highly recommend The Burrow and I wish our stay had been longer.
