With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, this spacious apartment offers the perfect blend of comfort and stunning views, making it an ideal getaway for families or friends seeking relaxation and adventure.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by the warmth of a slow-combustion fireplace, inviting you to unwind after a day of hiking, skiing, or fishing. The property features two separate living areas, ensuring plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax.

The lower-level houses two bedrooms, the main bedroom with king-sized bed and ensuite, and second bedroom with two single beds. The loft level hosts the third bedroom with two additional single beds. Wake up to breathtaking views of the beautiful lake right outside your window, and if you're lucky, catch a glimpse of a playful platypus as you sip your morning coffee.

The kitchen is fully equipped with modern amenities, including an induction stovetop, oven, dishwasher, wine fridge, and Nespresso coffee machine. The adjoining dining area features a beautiful wooden table seating six, perfect for enjoying meals with loved ones while admiring the picturesque surroundings.

After a day of adventure, retreat to the private deck, where you can soak in the magnificent views of the Snowy Mountains. With two TVs equipped with Chromecast, you can also unwind with your favourite shows or movies, either in the living room or the loft area.
 
Additional amenities include a laundry with washer and dryer, a drying room for your gear, and plenty of storage space.
