The Rocky Descent is a brand-new high-end designer modern two-bedroom farmhouse chalet in Crackenback.

Set across three levels, the top floor living space features vaulted ceilings with exposed timber trusses and a magnificent double-sided stone Escea gas fireplace centred in the middle of the room.

Relax on the Coco Republic sofa and armchair and watch something on the 65” smart TV with SONOS soundbar or just absorb the superb views of the lake and Main Range through the large picture windows. There’s an additional daybed that’s the perfect spot to close your eyes and unwind.

The kitchen is equipped with two AEG ovens, AEG induction cooktop, Miele dishwasher, LG French door fridge, microwave, and Nespresso Creatista Plus Machine. There’s also a butler’s sink, ample storage including full pantry, and breakfast bar. There’s a vast array of crockery and utensils if you want to prepare a beautiful home-cooked meal.

For dining, there’s an eight-seater farmhouse style rustic timber dining table that looks out across the lake – perfect for a meal or game with family or friends. The North-facing balcony has a Weber gas BBQ and outdoor seating if you prefer to be outdoors.

Downstairs, there’s an additional living area with heated floors, King Living L-shaped lounge, and smart TV with soundbar.

The main bedroom is North-facing and has cloud-like king-sized bed and built-in wardrobe, accompanied by a huge ensuite with heated Italian floor tiles, large rainfall showerhead, and double vanity, topped off with a super-deep freestanding designer bathtub.

The second bedroom has two long singles, built-in wardrobe, and its own private north-facing balcony with sun lounges.

There’s an additional full bathroom on this level with heated floors and large rainfall showerhead to ensure sure nobody misses out.

On the ground floor, there’s a full laundry with AEG washer and dryer, sink, and underfloor heating. The mudroom comes straight off the garage, where you can store all your gear, including four wall-mounted bike racks, and ski/snowboard racks. There are also an additional two parking spaces in front of the garage.

Other features include air conditioning throughout, remote controlled blinds, superfast 5G Wi-Fi, double glazing, plenty of throws and cushions, and board games.

The Rocky Descent is a short drive to Wild Brumby Distillery and Crackenback Farmhouse.
